Welcome to ECE Astute. Our team provide consultancy services to the childcare sector. We assist centre owners and managers with business services tailored to the ECE sector.

As owners of childcare centres ourselves, initially with backgrounds in business, we have been aware of the complexities and challenges that running a centre involves.

While being wholly focussed on the wellbeing of the children in our care we also recognise the need to be extremely competent in staff management, marketing, IT, finance, accounting, recruitment and training as well as being mentors and motivators.

Needless to say, most centre owners cannot be expected to possess all of these skills or indeed have the time to attend to all these areas of business affairs. Naturally the main focus is providing day to day operational management of a busy centre.

At ECE Astute we now offer consulting across a broad range of services to existing centre owners as well as to those wishing to enter the sector.
